Extensions
We are regularly appointed to design extensions to existing homes. The types of extension required vary depending on our clients' requirements. For example, an extra bedroom maybe needed to house a growing family or a separate building may be required to accommodate a family business. We can advise our clients regarding their ideas. We can also compile all the drawings and associated documentation required to gain any necessary permissions for the extension.

Conversions
Many of our clients wish to convert anything from a loft space to an entire building. Typical projects include the utilisation of existing loft spaces to provide extra sleeping and bathroom accommodation to conversions of entire buildings, such as an existing barn into new homes. We have sufficient knowledge and expertise to advise you regarding all aspects of conversion works. This includes knowledge of listed building requirements and conservation areas.

Redevelopment
Some of our clients think that their property may have redevelopment potential. For example, they may want to demolish their existing dwelling and construct a 'dream home' in its place or establish whether their plot is capable of accommodating additional properties, such as flats and houses. We are able to give our clients a realistic and independent view regarding the development potential of their property in terms of planning restrictions and financial viability.
